Storm Damage Repair
Challenge
This was an issue caused by Storm Damage where a tree had fallen on a garage in the Decatur,GA area. This also had a considerable amount of damage, needed a total demolition and needed a total rebuild including the framing,siding and roof replacement.
Solution
There was an extensive amount of storm damage which required working closely with the Insurance adjuster who was very nice to work with. There were also some zoning issues that needed to be addressed and overcome. Very happy with results!
Storm Damage Repair
Challenge
This home was hit by a Tornado that went through downtown Atlanta. This was seen on CNN multiple times a day. The home owner was actually in Chicago helping a Family member and found out about the damage by seeing her home on the news.
Solution
The storm damage was extensive and required all involved to work extensively with the Insurance adjuster. The home was once featured in Atlanta Magazine and we were able to help the home owner restore her home back to the great condition it was before the storm!
Roof Repair and Roof Replacement
Challenge
This was a first renovation done in the Kirkwood area of Atlanta. It was the first project done by a Mother and Daughter who decided to renovate homes. We had a very strict time constraint and budgets to work under.
Solution
The project moved along smoothly and we were able to remove the old wood siding replacing with Hardi Plank, remove the old roof and replace it with a new roof system and install a new gutter system remaining on schedule and under budget!
Roof Repair and Sun Shelter
Challenge
This was a Roof Replacement in the Atlanta neighborhoods of Inman Park and Little Five Points. There was a very limited area to work in regarding how close the homes are and we had a sun room directly below us.
Solution
We were creative in how got material to the areas needed,debris away from it and we shielded the glass panels of the sun room with sheets of plywood and tarps so as to provide even greater protection. The home owner was very happy with the results!
Hail Damage Repair - New Roof Installation
Challenge
The was a project in progress in Decatur GA. The home was damaged by hail during a storm leaving the Family with leaks. The initial amount assessed by the Insurance Company was about 35% below the actual replacement cost.
Solution
After a considerable amount of effort and a lot of proof we were able to get the funds cleared so the home owner could adequately replace the roof bringing it up to the level it was prior to the storm. Very nice Family and I was glad to be able to help.

Challenge
This was a roof replacement in a suburb North of Atlanta. The customer wanted to replace their roof, got 3 estimates and chose our services. They had one request aside form doing an great job and that was to complete the work on a certain day due to a Family get together they were having.
Solution
We were able to complete the work in a timely manner as requested without cutting any corners or using any shortcuts what so ever. We got the container removed and they were very happy as their Family did not even know that any work was even done until they pointed up at the new roof!
Roof Replacement Services
Challenge
This was a roof replacement in the downtown Atlanta area. This home had extensive damage to the decking and 4 layers of roofing on it. The interior renovations could not even start until the roof was finished due to the amount of water coming in.
Solution
We were able to get all of the old roofing off of the structure effectively reducing the weight on the home by thousands of pounds. We removed and replaced the rooted decking then installed 40 Year Architectural shingles allowing the owner to proceed with renovations.
Hail Damage Claim New Roof Installation Atlanta GA
Challenge
This was a hail damage claim where the roof damage from the storm was extensive. There was a lot of area to cover and some very intricate angles to work with that required a good bit of planning.
Solution
We met with the insurance adjuster and worked everything out. We created a way to ensure the safety of the garden successfully to the home owner's delight. Came out looking great!
